Introducing Jenna
A self confessed dance fanatic. Jenna started dancing at the age of 3, completed her grades in all styles of dance by the age of 16 and was involved in numerous professional dance productions.
Having graduated in Professional Dance & Musical Theatre at Bird College, Jenna is currently using her passion to encourage others to enjoy the love of street dance.
Introducing Bradley
Bradley started dancing at the age of 3, starting with Ballet and Tap until the age of 14 where he completed all grades and got offered two scholarships for the Royal Ballet. He started his street dance journey 5 years ago when he joined Urban Stylez and his consistent hard work, training and love for street dance has got him to the high standard he is today.
Bradley has been a part of the Award Winning Adult Crew ‘Urban Stylerz’ since the beginning and he has won several titles, including World Champion, Regional Champion & UK Champions 4 years running.
Brad is a friendly and motivational character and he is excited to be part of the team!
Introducing Reckless Lee
Lee Crowley aka B-Boy “Reckless Lee” is a member of SOUL MAVERICKS Crew.
Whilst growing up, Lee competed as a trampolinist at national and international events representing Wales.
He started b-boying at the age of 13. Throughout his many years of training in b-boying and trampolining, Lee has developed an explosive style which showcases his fast power moves and daring tricks.
Lee made it to the live stages of BBC1’s second series of “So You Think You Can Dance UK”, aswell as being a member of the diverse super crew known as the A-Team who reached the finals of Got To Dance in 2012.
Lee has travelled extensively competing and Performing with Soul Mavericks Crew both abroad and in the UK. Highlights with the crew include 5 x National UK Bboy champions, “Battle of the Year” and Finalists at the “UK B-boy Championships World Finals”.
Lee has danced in many stage shows such as Boy Blue’s Olivier Award-winning “Pied Piper” and Ukweli Roach’s show Vice which has toured both UK and USA in prestigious theatres such as the Harlem Apollo, he has also performed with top music artists including Cold Play and Katy Perry
Introducing Jade
Jade started dancing at the age of 13 learning in all styles of dance but her passion for street dance was strong. She completed two years of A-level dance at Henley college learning techniques of contemporary dance and developing her choreography skills in all styles.
Jade was part of the Urban Stylez Advanced Adult Crew who were formed in 2013 and are still going strong today competing in many advanced competitions across the country and representing their hometown.
Jade is so excited to join the team and pass on her training and performance skills to our dancers. Her great attitude towards street dance encourages the kids to learn, have fun and enjoy what they do!
Introducing Mac
A self taught street dancer from the age of 13 who has a love of Hip Hop and a natural talent in performance. Even now, Mac continues to use every opportunity to learn and train from other professional dancers to continuously develop.
He has grown into an experimental dancer who specialises in Popping, Tutting & Hip-Hop. Mac also a part of the Award Winning Adult Crew “Urban Stylerz” is also an award winning Solo dancer, winning titles such as UK Champ Street FreeStyler & Southern Champion Solo Dancer to name a few.
Mac is a very focused and humble teacher who strives to see the progression in all dancers.
Introducing Emma
Emma was a natural dancer at the age of 9 where she completed all her medal tests with IDTA. Finding her love of street dance through Urban Stylez, she started to grow with confidence, learning the foundations of street dance she has grown and continued to expand her knowledge.
Her favourite styles are House and Locking but she also loves choreography in both old and new school hip hop. Working as a primary school teaching assistant, Emma is especially a natural with the younger students within Urban Stylez.
Supporting them to learn the foundations, being encouraging and boosting their confidence, all whilst having fun are all aspects Emma strives to fulfil within the classes.
Introducing Devontai
Devontai started at TheatreTrain at the age of 10 where he was lucky enough to perform at the London Palladium, Sadler’s Wells and the O2. He always had a passion for Street Dance and was a self taught dancer until he decided to take classes and progress.
Devontai joined Urban Stylez in 2015 and auditioned for the Youth Crew 2016, starting from beginner levels to now competing in the advanced levels and part of the companies Elite Adult Crew. He has competed in numerous competitions worldwide including placing at the World Championships in crew, solos & duos.
Devontai specialises in Popping trained Krump and Litefeet.
Devontai graduated with a UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts.
We are very proud to have him on the team and share his love & passion to the dancers of Urban Stylez.
Introducing Lauren
Lauren began dancing at 3 years old where she learnt modern lyrical and ballet. It wasn’t until there age of 7 that Lauren started street dance and started Urban Stylez at 11 years old.
Lauren has competed nationwide with our award winning youth crew and has collected 14 1st place trophies in both crew and solo performances respectively.
Lauren is a passionate dancer and has great people skills. She is a great role model for the younger students that will enjoy working with her.
